Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AI PS Online (the "Service"): the website, the browser-based photo editor and the AI photo tools. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to create an account. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these Terms on its behalf.

What the Service includes

The online photo editor. A free, browser-based image editor built on PhotoCraft, open-source software available under the MIT and Apache 2.0 licences. It runs on your device: files you open in it are not uploaded to us. Because nothing is stored on our side, save or export your work yourself. We cannot recover it.

AI photo tools. Paid features such as background removal, object removal, photo restoration, upscaling, image extension, background and style changes, and AI image generation. They run on third-party AI models. Each run costs credits, and the cost is shown before you start.

Free browser tools such as converters and resizers, which also run on your device.

We keep improving the Service. Features, tools and models may be added, changed or retired. When a change removes something you paid for, we will make a fair adjustment (for example by keeping your credits usable on other tools).

Your account

You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly through a support ticket if you think someone else has accessed it. One person may not create multiple accounts to collect sign-up benefits.

Credits and paid plans

• Credits pay for AI runs. They come with a subscription, a credit pack, or as a promotional grant. Prices, the number of credits and how long they stay valid are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
• Charges are set by the Service, based on the tool, model and options you choose, and are shown before each run.
• Failed runs are refunded automatically. If a run fails or produces no result, its credits are returned to your balance.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. You keep access, and the credits you already received, until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or another provider shown at checkout, under their terms. Prices may change. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they do.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and the prompts you write ("your content"). You give us a limited permission to store, process and transmit your content, including sending it to AI providers, only to run the Service for you (for example to produce a result and show it in My Creations). This permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups or where the law requires us to keep them.

As between you and us, you may use the results you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the rights of others. AI output can be similar for different users and may not be protectable by copyright in every country. You are responsible for how you use it.

You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it, and that using it with the Service does not break any law or anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create, upload or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
• edit images of real people in sexual, intimate, humiliating or deceptive ways without their consent, or create content that harasses, threatens or defames anyone;
• impersonate others or create misleading content, such as fake documents, IDs or evidence, to deceive or defraud;
• remove or alter watermarks, copyright notices or other rights-management information from images you do not own or have no right to edit, or otherwise infringe intellectual property;
• promote violence, hatred or discrimination against people or groups;
• break the law or the rules of the AI providers whose models run your requests;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the limits of the Service, scrape it, or use automated access except through features we provide for it;
• resell or redistribute the AI tools as your own service without our written permission.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. In serious cases we may do so without notice and without refunding credits used for the violation.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The Service itself, including its design, text and code (other than open-source components and your content), belongs to us or our licensors. The photo editor is open-source software. Its licence terms apply to the editor's code.

AI PS Online is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adobe Inc. Adobe and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Model names such as Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream, Recraft and Ideogram belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe which model processes your request.

Third-party services

AI models, payment processing, storage and sign-in are provided by third parties. Their availability and results are outside our full control. We are not responsible for their own services or terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI results are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. Review them before you rely on them. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a particular result will meet your needs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account through a support ticket. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
