Credits, billing and cancellation, answered.
Credits pay for AI generations. Each run uses a fixed number of credits set by the model and quality: GPT Image 2.5 at 1K uses 12 credits, Nano Banana 2 starts at 16 credits and a background removal uses 2. The table above lists every tool and model.
Yes. New accounts get 2 free credits, enough for one Z-Image image in the AI Image Generator. Bigger models, edits and more images need a plan or a credit pack. The online photo editor is free with no credits at all.
Monthly plan credits are valid until the end of each billing month and don't roll over. Yearly plans add the whole year's credits at checkout, valid for the 12-month term. One-time pack credits stay valid for 365 days after purchase.
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing. Your subscription won't renew, and you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for.
You pay once a year, at least 50% less than twelve monthly payments, and the whole year's credits are added to your account right away. The plan renews yearly until you cancel.
Yes. One-time credit packs can be bought at any time, with or without a subscription. Pack credits add to your balance and stay valid for 365 days.
Yes. The browser-based, Photoshop-style editor is free to use. Credits are only needed for AI tools such as background removal, object removal, photo restoration and AI image generation.
If an AI generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically, so you're only charged for generations that complete.
Yes. Images you create or edit can be used in personal and commercial projects, as long as you have the rights to the photos you upload.
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe with major credit and debit cards. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
